Agreement (ECFA) implementation, Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs Bureau of Standards said: infant’s textile under 2 years old will be mandatory inspection in 1st July, 2012. Inspection items are including: Formaldehyde, azo dyes, lead and other harmful substances and labeling. Among them, the infant textile products containing formaldehyde ingredients shall not exceed 20ppm, 20 kinds of azo dyes shall not be used more than 30ppm.

　　

Infant textile goods without inspection may not be sold and displayed in the market. Since 1st January 2012 onwards, clothing, underwear, bathing suits, towels and bath towels, socks and bedding for mandatory inspection.
