SEMI Taiwan Photovoltaic Commission is applying to the government yesterday (24): they hoped that solar energy materials can be included in cross-strait economic agreement (ECFA) early harvest list. The Energy Bureau Deputy -Wang Liam Ming promised: will help Taiwan's domestic market to become "maximize", and does not exclude the original 2025 total installed capacity 2.5GW (10 billion watts) revised upwards.   

      Yesterday, Tsai Jin Yao, the SEMI Taiwan PV Committee chairman, leads 12 optoelectronics industry including Motech, Yu Jing, AUO, and green energy, went to Energy Bureau Ministry of Economic Affairs. This is another official talk between business and government.

　　 Although, recently industry parties to communicate with President Ma, had proposed the inclusion of solar material ECFA early harvest list, dinner, energy officials VAT on solar field, does not meet the tariff concessions can not be included in the early harvest list. Taiwan Photovoltaic Committee is still hope that the Government will "help a lot" to assist industry to attract more potential benefits, as the world market competition power.
